“You can drive, all night, looking for the answers in the pouring rain.”

I want to share some of the music I’ve found living abroad and traveling. It’s best to start with a song from the States, since I am here currently and in that mindset. I actually discovered Cage The Elephant, a band from Kentucky, while living in Korea, played their newest album on repeat in Taiwan, and now I spend a lot of time listening to this song, Cigarette Daydreams, while I drive the windy highway into town. Globalization, indeed.

Cage The Elephant has gone pretty lo-fi compared to their past albums, which were more rock and had disturbingly funny videos like this one, for Around My Head.

Whether you’re feeling some high energy rock n’ roll or sleepy ditties, they’ve got it.
