It’s well known that I suck at yoga, but I try my best and am ever impressed and inspired by people who can yoga with ease. Imagine my excitement when WanderRoads, an innovative travel company that melds yoga with cycling, asked me to partner up with them and be an ambassador for 2016!
Basically, this means I get to tell you all about their awesome trips through Croatia and Hungary and if you dig it, I have a 10% off code (HANNAHWR10) for you. You’re more than welcome 🙂
First off, one of the trip leaders, Pat Bailey, a fellow California girl, is absolutely killing it with her yoga/cycling photos on Instagram. I can hardly do yoga in the safety of my own home and there she is, straight up doing yoga in a bike helmet. I’d definitely follow her around Europe; if only that some of that magic yoga dust would brush off onto me.

The Croatian Island Hopping Tour looks like heaven. I traveled through Dubrovnik, Zagreb, and Split in 2013 and yes, you feel like you are in Game of Thrones, but without the bloodshed and with good weather. This trip is an eight-day tour of the coastline on a private yacht, with stops to taste cuisine from local fishermen and wineries, and to explore by bike after some yoga sessions abroad the yacht. Booze, feasting, and keeping things fit. Ok, so maybe this is very Game of Thrones.

There’s also a Best of Hungary Tour, which I highly recommend. Not many people visit Hungary, but I absolutely was blown away by my trip to Budapest. The historical buildings and museums, the modernity of the cuisine, and the bathhouses were so intriguing. This trip includes sleeping in a 600 year old monastery, which sounds like a total YOLO moment to me.
